In Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, cheats are activated by bringing up the phone number pad and typing the cheat phone number into Niko Bellic's, Johnny Klebitz's, or Luis Fernando Lopez's mobile phone.
The Lost and Damned
The downloadable content adds cheats to spawn new vehicles. The new weapons, new vehicles, and parachutes are also available, as well as new race routes and deathmatch locations.

These are the cheats introduced in The Ballad of Gay Tony.
In order to play, you must have Xbox LIVE membership and an original copy of Grand Theft Auto IV for Xbox 360. Initially, the episode was exclusive to Xbox 360.
Features
Here is a brief rundown of the new features available in The Ballad of Gay Tony:
- Skydive and execute parachutes! Explore Liberty City from a new perspective.
- Access three nightclubs - Bahama Mamas, Maisonette 9 and Hercules.
Below are the prices of the (eligible) spawnable vehicles; keep in mind that this table is presuming that the car is just spawned and has not taken any damage.
4* When riding around in a cab, entering and using cheats do not block achievements for the 360.The FIB Buffalo and the Jetmax are unsellable spawn vehicles.
Connect to Marketplace using your Xbox 360 console, or visit the Xbox LIVE Marketplace website. The Buzzard is lighter, smaller and easier to maneuver than the Annihilator.

Tasty; cycle through the ice cream jingles (using the horn button) until the GTA IV theme plays, then call the ZiT Service (948-555-0100). Use cheats at your own risk. The latter two belong to Gay Tony, and Luis has an opportunity to manage them.
- Mission scores and mission replays. Each mission you play is scored depending on your skill and efficiency, and you can re-play missions at any time in order to improve your scores.
- The missions in this episode are more action-packed and more outlandish than anything you've witnessed in previous GTA IV content.
